Cao Shiqing
Mr. Cao Shiqing, aged 63, an independent non-executive director of the Company, is a professor-level senior engineer and graduated from Tsinghua University. Mr. Cao served successively as the deputy dean and party secretary of the Seventh Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry (機(jī)械工業(yè)部第七設(shè)計研究院) from September 1990 to October 2000. From October 2000 to December 2004, Mr. Cao served as the party secretary and deputy dean of the China Machinery International Engineering Consultant & Design Institute (中機(jī)國際工程諮詢設(shè)計總院). From December 2004 to August 2006, he served as the party secretary and deputy dean of the China Information Technology Designing & Consulting Institute (中訊郵電諮詢設(shè)計院). Mr. Cao served as the party secretary and deputy general manager of China New Era Group Corporation (中國新時代控股集團(tuán)公司) from August 2006 to January 2010, and as the party secretary and deputy dean of the China Academy of Machinery Science & Technology (機(jī)械科學(xué)研究總院) from January 2010 to August 2015. Since January 2016, Mr. Cao has served as an independent non-executive director of the fifth session of the Board of the Company, a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, the chief member of the Remuneration and Evaluation Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee. Since October 2016, Mr. Cao has been serving as an independent non-executive director of the sixth session of the Board of the Company, and has been re-appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, a chief member of the Remuneration and Evaluation Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee. |
